    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-5-555, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TRAP PLACEMENT, SO AS TO PROHIBIT TRAPS IN THE WATERS OF THE GENERAL TRAWL ZONE WHEN THESE WATERS ARE OPEN TO TRAWLING FOR SHRIMP; AND TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-2540, RELATING TO TRAPPING SEASON OF FURBEARING ANIMALS, SO AS TO ALLOW FOR TRAPPING FURBEARING ANIMALS ON PRIVATE LAND FOR NONCOMMERCIAL PURPOSES AND TO ALLOW FOR THE YEAR ROUND TRAPPING OF BEAVERS ON PRIVATE LAND FOR NONCOMMERCIAL PURPOSES. - ratified title
