    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THE WEEK OF JULY 23-29, 2000, AS "SOUTH CAROLINA PROBATION AND PAROLE OFFICERS WEEK", TO RECOGNIZE THE MANY CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY PROBATION AND PAROLE OFFICERS TO INSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE AND TO INCREASE THE PUBLIC'S AWARENESS THAT THE AGENTS AND OFFICERS OF THIS DEPARTMENT ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN THE STATE.
