    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 583 OF 1994, RELATING TO THE BEAUFORT COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION SHALL DESIGNATE THE CHAIRMAN AND THE VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, AND TO PROVIDE THE VICE-CHAIRMAN PRESIDES IN THE ABSENCE OF THE CHAIRMAN AND ASSUMES THE CHAIRMANSHIP WHEN THE POSITION BECOMES VACANT.
