    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DIRECT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO EXPEDITIOUSLY AND FULLY COOPERATE WITH FLORENCE COUNTY AND THE CITY OF FLORENCE IN FACILITATING THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF AUTOMATIC LICENSE PLATE READERS FUNDED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OR LOCAL FUNDS AT INTERSECTIONS OF ROADWAYS MAINTAINED BY THE DEPARTMENT ANYWHERE IN FLORENCE COUNTY.
