    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 779 OF 1988, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO LAURENS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS 55 AND 56 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ELECTION RESULTS MUST BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NONPARTISAN ELECTION AND RUNOFF METHOD RATHER THAN THE NONPARTISAN PLURALITY METHOD.
