    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-5-5670, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF DEMOLISHERS OR SECONDARY METALS RECYCLERS AND THE DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN VEHICLES, SO AS TO REDUCE THE AGE OF A VEHICLE THAT MAY BE DISPOSED OF WITHOUT CERTAIN ORDERS OR CERTIFICATES.
