S 0056 General Bill, By Reese
    A Bill to provide that a contractor is not liable to the owner of buried pipes or cables for damage caused by the contractor to such pipes or cables so long as the contractor acts in good faith by providing certain notification and by allowing the owner a reasonable amount of time to mark the location of the pipes or cables before excavation.
