    A Bill to amend Sections 48-27-130 and 48-27-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for qualification as a registered forester inside and outside South Carolina, so as to delete the reference to character and reputation, prohibit registration of persons convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude, and provide exceptions; and to reauthorize the existence of the Board of Registration for Foresters for six years.
