    A Bill to provide for the election of all members of Boards of Trustees of School Districts who are elected and all members of the governing bodies of municipalities in nonpartisan elections to be held on the second Tuesday in April of each year, to provide for the method of nomination of candidates and conduct of the election, and to extend the terms of those persons affected by these provisions.
