    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1615, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalties for violations of shrimp trawling provisions, so as to increase the fine penalty from one hundred dollars to two hundred dollars, to increase the first offense suspension penalty from fifteen days to thirty days, the second offense suspension penalty from sixty days to one year and the third offense suspension penalty from one year to two years.
