    A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 1-11-25 AND 1-11-26, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD AND THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS, SO AS TO CHANGE ITS NAME TO THE OFFICE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PROVIDE THAT ITS DIRECTOR REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, AND UPDATE REFERENCES TO AGENCIES.
