    A Joint Resolution to create the South Carolina Environmental Awareness Award to be presented annually to a person exemplifying extraordinary dedication to the conservation and presentation of the environment of South Carolina by a committee consisting of designated representatives from the Department of Health and Environmental Control, the State Commission of Forestry, Water Resources Commission, and the Wildlife and Marine Resources Commission.
