A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 48-39-195 so as to provide that the provisions of Title 48 of Chapter 39 (Coastal Tidelands and Wetlands) do not affect the owner of privately-owned property constituting tidelands that had previously been diked or impounded and used for agricultural or aquacultural purposes by the current owner or by a previous owner and the owner uses or maintains the property in like manner and does not erect any buildings thereon.
