    AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-63-60, RELATING TO SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS TO DIRECT AND CONTROL TRAFFIC ON PUBLIC ROADWAYS NEAR SCHOOLS TO REDUCE CONGESTION RELATED TO STUDENT DROP-OFF AND PICKUP, TO REQUIRE CERTAIN VISIBILITY GARMENT OR EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TO PROVIDE CERTAIN TRAINING REQUIREMENTS. - RATIFIED TITLE
