    A Bill to amend Section 61-5-360, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to county governing bodies establishing methods of administration and accounting procedures for minibottle revenues, so as to provide that annual reports of progress towards implementing county plans for use of such revenues shall be made to the South Carolina Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse instead of quarterly and annual activity reports, provide for an annual audit of fiscal records relative to such revenues and provide that a copy of the audit shall be furnished to the Commission.
