    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-440, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER FOR THE MAP ON WHICH LINES OF PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICAL SERVICES OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PRECINCTS, AND PROVIDE FOR THE APPROVAL OF POLLING PLACES BY THE ORANGEBURG COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION.
