    A Bill to amend Section 12-51-95, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the redemption of a mobile home or modular home by the owner for the nonpayment of taxes, so as to further provide for the terms and conditions of this redemption including the persons who are authorized to make the redemption, and to repeal Section 12-51-96, relating to certain conditions for redemption of a mobile home or modular home.
