    A Concurrent Resolution to provide that it was and is the intent of the General Assembly in the adoption of Section 11, Part II of Act 178 of 1981, which makes references to the Federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (Public Law 96-510), to adopt all subsequent amendments to this Act as codified and enacted into federal law from the effective date of the federal amendments.
