    A Concurrent Resolution to request the South Carolina Public Service Authority to allow licensed real estate appraisers located in the Santee-Cooper Area of Clarendon, Sumter, Orangeburg, and Calhoun Counties who are not MAI or SRA certified an opportunity to bid on the contract to appraise the property in their counties which will be sold by the South Carolina Public Service Authority.
