    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976 by adding Section 4-19-15 so as to provide that in those areas of the county where fire protection service is offered on an individual contractual basis, the county governing body may extend fire protection to those landowners within the service area who are not served by a contract with another political subdivision.
