A BILL TO ENACT THE UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT BY ADDING ARTICLE 35 TO CHAPTER 7, TITLE 20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, SO AS TO ADOPT A UNIFORM ACT REVISING PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHING AND ENFORCING CHILD CUSTODY AND VISITATION WHEN ONE OF THE PARTIES RESIDES IN THIS STATE AND THE OTHER DOES NOT; AND TO REPEAL SUBARTICLE 2, ARTICLE 9, CHAPTER 7, TITLE 20 RELATING TO THE UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION ACT.
