S 0855 General Bill, By Reese and Washington
    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-3710, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to special college or university automobile license plates, so as to authorize the Department of Revenue and Taxation to issue such plates for colleges and universities located outside the State and provide for the distribution of the revenue of these special license plates.
