    A BILL TO PROVIDE THAT THE GREENWOOD COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING AND CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF ELECTIONS FOR SCHOOL TRUSTEES FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT 51 COMPOSED OF AREAS IN ABBEVILLE, GREENWOOD, AND LAURENS COUNTIES, AND NINETY-SIX SCHOOL DISTRICT 52 IN GREENWOOD COUNTY, EXCEPT THAT IN SCHOOL DISTRICT 51 THESE FUNCTIONS SHALL BE PERFORMED WITH THE ELECTION COMMISSIONS OF THE OTHER COUNTIES IN THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND TO PERMIT THE USE OF GREENWOOD COUNTY VOTING MACHINES IN POLLING PLACES IN ABBEVILLE AND LAURENS COUNTIES WHEN CONDUCTING THESE ELECTIONS.-AMENDED TITLE
