    AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 260 OF 1981, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PICKENS COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD OF TRUSTEES, TO PROVIDE THAT THE ELECTORS RESIDING IN THE DELLWOOD SUBDIVISION OF ANDERSON COUNTY SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IN THE ELECTION OF, AND HOLD OFFICE FOR, THE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN THE CLOSEST CONTIGUOUS SCHOOL DISTRICT IN PICKENS COUNTY. - ratified title
