S 0900 General Bill, By Reese and J.V. Smith
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 14-25-11 so as to provide that all municipal courts of this State are declared to be a part of the unified judicial system of this State and as a result are subject to the administrative supervision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court as provided in Section 4, Article V of the Constitution.
