S 0903 General Bill, By Senate Fish, Game and Forestry
    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1620, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the taking of shrimp by cast net in baited areas, so as to provide that taking shrimp in baited areas is unlawful by means of any device other than a drop net or lift net, not to exceed four feet in width connected to a permanent structure on the highland and to provide for the removal of devices to mark baited areas.
