S 0905 General Bill, By Jackson and Washington
    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-2205, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to temporary, indeterminate commitment for evaluation for noncriminal misconduct, so as to make the prohibition provided by this Section applicable to children found in contempt of court for violation of a court order related to such noncriminal misconduct.
