    A Bill to amend Section 33-55-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the persons and entities which are not required to file registration statements with the Secretary of State under the provisions of law dealing with charitable organizations and solicitation of charitable funds, so as to add certain public entities and other organizations to the list of exempt entities and persons.
