A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 1, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR TO MAINTAIN PEACE AND ORDER, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF THE GOVERNOR ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION OF COASTAL COUNTIES, ALL TRAFFIC ON AFFECTED INTERSTATE SYSTEMS SHALL BE ROUTED USING ALL LANES OR SEGMENTS OF THE INTERSTATE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE GOVERNOR'S EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION IS TERMINATED.
