    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 49-1-70 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT REQUIRED BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES CURRENTLY REQUIRED TO BE TESTED MUST NOT BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED MORE THAN ONCE EVERY TEN YEARS IF TEST RESULTS FOR A DEVICE ARE POSITIVE TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
