    A Bill to amend Section 58-17-1400, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to responsibility for placing signboards at railroad crossings, so as to assign the responsibility of verifying placement of signboards to the State Highway Engineer for railroad crossings on any public highway and to provide civil penalties for a railroad company not in compliance.
