A Bill to amend Act 345 of 1965, as amended, relating to the establishment of the Civil Service System for the City of Spartanburg, so as to provide that applicants for entry level positions are exempt from the residency requirement and the requirement to be an elector of Spartanburg County, to provide that applicants must be not less than eighteen years of age rather than not less than twenty-one years of age, and to delete the requirement that an applicant may not be more than thirty-five years of age.
