    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 40-15-172, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MOBILE DENTAL FACILITIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A REGISTRANT MUST KEEP RECORDS AT A CENTRAL OFFICE LOCATION OR AT THE PORTABLE DENTAL OPERATION, AND TO PROVIDE THAT IN THE INSTANCE OF A FEE FOR SERVICE PATIENT, THE REGISTRANT MUST PROVIDE THE PATIENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE TREATMENT. - ratified title
