    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER 69, TITLE 38, SO AS TO ENACT THE "ANNUITY INVESTMENTS BY SENIORS ACT" TO PROVIDE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR RECOMMENDATIONS TO SENIOR CONSUMERS TO ENSURE THAT ANNUITY PRODUCTS FOR THESE SENIOR CONSUMERS ADDRESS THEIR INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL NEEDS.
