A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION TO EXPEND NOT MORE THAN $1,207,749 OF THE FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE STATE UNDER SECTION 903 OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING OPERATING SOFTWARE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR PROCESSING INCREASED WORKLOADS RELATED TO UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS AND EMPLOYER ACCOUNTS, TO APPROPRIATE FROM THE SAME SOURCE NOT MORE THAN $9,750,000 FOR USE BY THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR OFFICE EXPANSION; AND TO ALLOW FUNDS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR HEATING AND AIR CONDITION AT THE HUNLEY LAB TO BE USED FOR LAB SECURITY AS THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND TOURISM DETERMINES APPROPRIATE.-amended title
