    A BILL TO ENACT THE "SOUTH CAROLINA TRUTH IN EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1998" BY ADDING SECTION 41-7-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN EMPLOYER SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO EMPLOY ANY PERSON WHO SEEKS OR HAS SOUGHT EMPLOYMENT WITH THE EMPLOYER IN FURTHERANCE OF OTHER EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY STATUS.
