 A Bill to amend Act 176 of 1977, as amended, the Administrative Procedures
 Act, so as to provide that the introduction of a Joint Resolution to approve
 or disapprove regulations of a state agency by a standing committee of the
 General Assembly to which such regulations have been referred shall toll the
 ninety-day period of automatic approval of such regulations; and to provide
 that agencies electing to withdraw pending regulations shall withdraw such
 regulations from the General Assembly rather than from the committees to which
 the regulations have been referred and to establish a time limit for such
 withdrawals following a committee request; and to provide that all regulations
 pending at the time of "sine die" adjournment in even-numbered years shall be
 deemed to be tabled.
