H*3142 Resolution, By  House Rules
 A House Resolution to provide that during the 1981 session only, the Speaker
 of the House of Representatives may during any House recess refer to committee
 Bills received by the House of Representatives from the Senate which concern
 the categories of legislation the Speaker may recall the House into session to
 consider prior to "Sine Die" adjournment and further that the restriction
 against House consideration of Bills sooner than one week following initial
 committee referral shall be waived with regard to S. 559 (Congressional
 Reapportionment).
