A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

COMMENDING CAROLYN W. REESE OF LEXINGTON COUNTY ON HER TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THE STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION AND PreviousWISHINGNext HER THE VERY BEST ON THE OCCASION OF HER RETIREMENT.

Whereas, after twenty-five years of a faithful and dedicated career with the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED), Carolyn W. Reese will be retiring effective July 31, 1996; and

Whereas, during her tenure with SLED, she served for many years as Supervisor of the Case File Department, and is employed currently as Lieutenant of the Evidence Department; and

Whereas, Carolyn Reese is a graduate of Erskine College; and

Whereas, she is a devoted member of the Lake Murray Baptist Church in Lexington County where she teaches sign language; and

Whereas, the example of public service set by this truly outstanding State employee is a credit not only to herself, but to her colleagues and the State of South Carolina; and

Whereas, we want Carolina Reese to know that our thoughts are with her on this upcoming occasion and send best PreviouswishesNext for many more years of happy and fulfilling years. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina commend Carolyn W. Reese of Lexington County on her twenty-five years of service with the State Law Enforcement Division and Previouswish her the very best on the occasion of her retirement.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Carolyn W. Reese.
