 A Concurrent Resolution to express the sorrow of the General Assembly at the
 recent death of Mr. Edward Egerton Burroughs, the principal force and guiding
 spirit in the tremendous development of South Carolina's Grand Strand,
 recognize his contributions to the tourism in our State and extend sympathy to
 his widow and family.
