 A Concurrent Resolution to call on all citizens of this state and other states
 who drive motor vehicles to join the "Import 2 Less" National Campaign where
 they will voluntarily pledge to cut back their consumption of gasoline by two
 gallons per week for the next fifty-two weeks so that the United States can
 reduce its increasing dependence on imported oil.
