S 0678 General Bill, By H.E. McDonald
 A Bill to amend Section 14-21-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to disposition of cases and commitment procedures in the Family
 Court, so as to provide that the court may levy a fine equal to twice the
 amount of damages in lieu of commitment to the custody of a public institution
 when a juvenile is determined delinquent as a result of vandalism resulting in
 damage to public property; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section
 14-21-625 so as to provide for payment of such fines by work performed by the
 juvenile for the agency whose property was vandalized.
