S 0834 General Bill, By H.E. McDonald
 A Bill to amend Section 58-27-880, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to electrical utilities putting suspended rates into effect by giving
 bond and the interest required on disallowed rate increases, so as to provide
 that the interest rate required on disallowed increases shall be equal to the
 interest rate on the most recently issued twenty-six week United States
 Government Treasury Bills as of the time the disallowed increase, or portion
 thereof, was put into effect under bond.
