S 1241 General Bill, By J.M. Waddell, Leatherman and I.E. Lourie
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 12-9-835 so as to provide for a penalty for failure to comply with state
 income tax withholding provisions in an amount equal to the tax and to extend
 liability for the penalty to officers and employees of corporations and
 members and employees of partnerships under a duty to perform the acts
 required by the withholding law.
