H 3458 General Bill, By J.I. Rogers and B.H. Harwell
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 38-71-205 so as to provide that health insurance policies may not discriminate
 against chiropractic treatment within the scope of practice of a licensed
 chiropractor, to prohibit limitations or restrictions on payment under these
 policies to chiropractors except where the restrictions apply equally to
 physicians and surgeons, to prohibit any requirement for examination or
 referral by a physician as a condition precedent for payment or reimbursement
 under a health insurance policy for chiropractic treatment, and to define
 policy of insurance for purposes of this Section.
