 A Bill to amend Act 164 of 1979, as amended, relating to various Judicial
 Provisions including the selection of magistrates' juries, so as to authorize
 magistrates to punish for contempt of court those persons who fail to appear
 for jury duty in magistrate's court and who fail to provide a sufficient
 reason therefor within forty-eight hours after their failure to appear.
