A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PUBLIC'S USE OF STATE LAKES AND PONDS OWNED OR LEASED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4727, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department of Natural Resources, public use of state lakes, regulations approved

SECTION    1.    The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to Term and Conditions for the Public's Use of State Lakes and Ponds Owned or Leased by the Department of Natural Resources, designated as Regulation Document Number 4727, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Approved the 19th day of May, 2017.
