Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: Aiken County voting precincts revised SECTION 1. Section 7-7-40, of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 136 of 2010, is further amended to read: "Section 7-7-40. (C) The polling places for the precincts provided in subsection (A) of this section must be established by the Aiken County Board of Elections and Registration with the approval of a majority of the county legislative delegation." Time effective SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. Ratified the 27th day of February, 2014. Approved the 4th day of March, 2014.
