A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS TO CLAIM AGRICULTURAL USE FOR REAL PROPERTY FOR PURPOSES OF AD VALOREM TAXATION FOR TAXABLE YEARS 1986 AND 1987 UNTIL PreviousAUGUSTNext 31, 1987.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Filing deadline extended

SECTION 1. The deadline for filing the application claiming agricultural use of real estate required pursuant to Section 12-43-220(d)(3) of the 1976 Code for taxable years 1986 and 1987 is extended until PreviousAugust 31, 1987.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
