H 3331 General Bill, By M.E. Nunnery
 A Bill to amend Section 7-13-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the time for holding party primary elections and for
 offering for nomination in such elections, so as to change the date for the
 holding of primary elections from the second Tuesday in June to the third
 Tuesday in August of each General Election year; to change the opening and
 closing dates of April sixteenth and thirtieth for filing for nomination in
 primary elections for statewide, congressional or district office which
 include more than one county to June sixteenth and thirtieth and to change the
 opening and closing dates of March sixteenth and thirtieth for nomination in
 such party primaries for State Senator, member of the House of
 Representatives, countywide or less than countywide office to June sixteenth
 and thirtieth.
